The latest live event from Clash Magazine will see The Magic Numbers join a stellar line up.
For the past five or so years Clash has dedicated itself to music and fashion, aiming to present the best in both worlds. Now with a new event the magazine aims to get you involved, at our latest London show.
Joining forces with the Camden Barfly, Clash Magazine presents a line up of stunning musical talent. Harmonious siblings The Magic Numbers are set to headline, following the release of their long awaited new album.
'The Runaway' ended a period of silence from the group, but could be their most musically accomplished document to date. During the recording The Magic Numbers were joined by acclaimed composer and arranger Robert Kirby, who of course worked on seminal material from Nick Drake.
The pairing seems to have worked, with The Magic Numbers thriving on the creative atmosphere. Breaking free of the studio, the band are set to drop by for the show allowing fans to hear the new album.
Support will come from newcomers Dry The River, while at Midnight the Barfly will welcome a live appearance from Bubbz and The Black Notes.
Alongside this, Clash scribe and Radio 1 personality Edith Bowman will stop by to play some of her favourite tunes. A close friend of the magazine, Bowman's excellent taste shows no regard for genre boundaries moving from indie to dance, present day hits to golden oldies.
As ever, Clash aims to move beyond the music and present something which takes in all our interests. Soho stylist and designer Johnny Blue Eyes will be hosting a live fashion shoot, while our very own crack team of photographers are set to pounce on any eye catching fashionistas.
Clash presents... The Magic Numbers is set to take place tomorrow night (September 10th) in the Camden Barfly.
