Kings Of Leon have confirmed three massive shows in their native United States.
Kings Of Leon have always enjoyed a somewhat strained relationship with their homeland. The Followills found fame in the UK, with their music managing to match widespread acclaim with enormous success.
However this has not been matched in the United States. Releasing 'Only By The Night' in 2008, however, the band began to overcome these barriers.
Singles such as 'Use Somebody' became radio fixtures, with the album becoming a sleeper hit. Spending the bulk of 2010 on tour in their homeland, the venues booked by Kings Of Leon have become larger and larger.
Managing to find time to record a new album, the quick return of 'Come Around Sundown' could break them in the United States. Kings Of Leon are preparing to release the album on October 18th, and have now confirmed three massive Stateside shows.
Recorded in a whirlwind, 'Come Around Sundown' will be previewed over three lavish shows. Kings Of Leon are due to play the historic Madison Square Gardens in New York, a sign of their rising status.
Elsewhere, the band will perform in Boston on November 14th before ending the quickfire tour with a New Jersey show.
Packing their bags, the Followills will travel out to the UK with a British tour organised for December. Containing some enormous arena dates, the latest shows will solidify the band's love affair with British audiences.
Kings Of Leon are due to play the following shows:
November
14 Boston TD Garden
16 New York Madison Square Garden
18 East Rutherford Izod Center
