PJ Harvey is allowing fans to stream her forthcoming new single 'Written On The Forehead'.
One of Britain's most revered songwriter, PJ Harvey took time off recently to construct new material. Following the album of duets 'A Woman A Man Walked By' the singer is to return to solo duties.
Recorded in a 19th century church in Dorset, new album 'Let England Shake' was co-produced with long time collaborator Flood.
The record contains a number of guest appearances, including long time PJ Harvey collaborators John Parish and Mick Harvey. Recorded in a church, the sessions were later mixed by Flood.
Containing twelve tracks, 'Let England Shake' will be supported by a lengthy run of European shows next year. Sold out already, British dates include two eagerly awaited shows at London's Troxy venue.
'Let England Shake' will be preceded by the single 'Written On The Forehead'. Due to be released early next year, PJ Harvey unveiled the track on her website last night before making it available on SoundCloud.
