Paul Weller has confirmed two re-scheduled shows in Aberdeen and Newcastle.
Since the beginning of his career Paul Weller has stayed on the road. A hard working live act, despite now being in his 50s the singer's raw energy can match that of new acts night after night.
Arranging a typically vast UK tour for the tail end of 2010, Paul Weller aimed to end the year on a high. Having released his new album 'Wake Up The Nation' to widespread acclaim, the singer took the material on the road.
However the weather had other plans. Completing a show in Sheffield the Modfather found himself snowbound in the steel city.
Unable to move North or South, the extreme weather caused an emergency re-working of his tour plans. A show in Newcastle was postponed, while a date in Aberdeen soon afterwards followed suit.
Extremely disappointed, Paul Weller was nonetheless able to complete the nationwide tour relatively unscathed. Focussing on his new plans, the singer has re-arranged the cancelled dates.
Paul Weller is set to play a show at Aberdeen's AECC on February 3rd, before travelling down to Newcastle on February 4th. Tickets for the original shows remain valid, with a small number of returned passes available to purchase.
Paul Weller is due to play the following shows:
