Guillemots have sold out all tickets for their top secret London comeback show.
Led by Fyfe Dangerfield, Guillemots don't fit in anywhere. With their lavish instrumentation, dramatic songwriter and experimental nous the band don't fit into the mainstream, but are far too successful for left field circles.
Taking time off after the Top Ten album 'Red' Guillemots embarked on a number of different projects. Singer Fyfe Dangerfield released a solo album, and even soared into the charts with an unexpected Motown style stomper.
However the lure of his band mates would not go away, with Guillemots set to return later this year. Announcing details of a one off London show, the band refused to confirm which venue they would use.
Following a countdown on their website Guillemots placed the tickets on sale this morning (January 13th). With huge levels of demand, tickets for the show sold out almost instantly despite fans not knowing where the gig would take place.
Clues are due to be broadcast on their social networking channels, with full details set to be confirmed the day before the gig takes place.
Returning to live duties on January 27th, Guillemots have prepared a mini-mix of some of their finest moments. Listen to it below...
