Cloud Control have added more UK tour dates ahead of the release of their new single.
Despite the internet supposedly connecting every music fan on the planet, Australia remains somewhat isolated. Despite massive acclaim in their homeland, Cloud Control are only just arriving on the horizon in the UK music scene.
Recently releasing their debut single 'Meditation Song #2' the band impressed with their visceral brand of fuzz pop. Playing a handful of live shows, Cloud Control are now ready to return to the UK.
Confirming details of a new single, Cloud Control are set to release 'There's Nothing In The Water We Can't Fight' on March 7th. Signed to the revitalised label Infectious, the single will be available on CD, download and limited edition seven inch vinyl.
Across all formats fans will receive the main track and a radical re-working courtesy of bretonLABS.
Both singles are set to appear on the band's forthcoming album 'Bliss Release'. Cloud Control's debut album was concocted in their homeland, mixing psychedelic pop with the oddball songwriting of David Byrne.
Due to be released later this year, Cloud Control will preview the upcoming album with a number of British shows. Opening in London on February 17th, the band will then travel out to the continent.
Playing shows in Germany, France and Belgium the band will then make a return visit to the UK. Due to perform at the Proud Galleries on March 10th Cloud Control are planning further British shows this summer.
