The Vaccines have been forced to bring forward the release of their debut album to cope with demand.
The rise of The Vaccines continues. Blending the spiky new wave guitars of The Strokes with the chaotic noise of Glasvegas the band have offended purists and galvanised fans across the country.
New single 'Post Break-Up Sex' became their first entry in the Top 40, with The Vaccines preparing to release their debut album. Recorded in Autumn, the eleven track release is already surrounded by hype.
Due to be released on March 21st, the release has now been brought forward. 'What Did You Expect From The Vaccines?' will be now be available from March 14th, with the phenomenal demand cited as the reason for the change.
The album will be available on CD, download and vinyl. Perhaps one of the year's most anticipated debuts, fans and cynics are both desperate to hear what the much hyped four piece will come up with.
Set to launch a UK tour this Spring, the band have re-arranged a tour of the Highlands & Islands which was postponed last year. Now The Vaccines are in the unusual position of selling out London's Electric Ballroom before travelling to Aviemore, Ullapool and more.
Tickets are on sale now for the re-scheduled dates, which are nestled between two legs of the UK tour. Ending with a pair of London shows on April 7th - 8th, the band have also been added to the line up of massive gigs with Arcade Fire and Arctic Monkeys.
Recently competing a breakneck tour of the United States, the four piece are setting their sights on the UK.
