Stag & Dagger is set to return after confirming details of both Glasgow and London dates.

Focussing on new and breaking music, Stag & Dagger has built up a reputation for sterling bills. Returning with another instalment, organisers have confirmed details of the twin city event.

Taking place in venues across London and Glasgow, the twin line ups share certain acts but also have their own flavour. This year the London leg will feature a very special performance from Wire.

A hugely influential act, Wire remain at the cutting edge of guitar music. Returning with another ground-breaking album, the band are a thrilling live act with a lengthy (and inspiring) back catalogue to choose from.

Set to perform at Stag & Dagger (London), Wire will be joined by a cast including Toro Y Moi, New Young Pony Club and James Yuill.

Elsewhere, the Glasgow leg will be peppered by new Scottish talent. Stag & Dagger have grabbed a performance from Edinburgh's folk inflected collective Broken Records. Fresh from their second album, the band are a stirring live act who mix Bruce Springsteen with The Pogues.

Glasgow group Sons & Daughters are set to perform at the event, while much hyped Los Angeles newcomers Warpaint will appear at Stag & Dagger. The line up also contains appearances from Admiral Fallow, The Scottish Enlightenment and more.

Liverpool psych-pop oddballs Clinic are set to perform, while unhinged American troubadour Kurt Vile will make a rare journey to Scotland.

Kept to a reasonable price, Stag & Dagger tickets are on sale now with early bird offers starting at just £10. With more club nights, DJs and live music set to be announced keep checking back for updates.

Stag & Dagger is set to take place on May 19th (London) & 21st (Glasgow).
