Outspoken singer M.I.A. has been added to a mouth watering show at Manchester's Warehouse Project.

M.I.A. likes to get people talking. Recently criticised for her outspoken political views, perhaps people should realise that she simply wants to lob a hand grenade into certain issues in order to raise their profile.

Recently performing at The Big Chill, her set was cut short in dramatic fashion after inviting fans onstage. Hundreds took M.I.A. up on her offer before security took the singer away in an attempt to restore order.

With her album 'MAYA' diving critics on both sides of the Atlantic, M.I.A. is set to play a handful of British shows. Keeping live appearances to a minimum, the singer seems to making the most of each set.

Backed by typically eye melting visuals, M.I.A. matches clattering synths with her outspoken statements. Previously playing festivals, fans will be able to catch the singer in a more enclosed environment.

Taking part in the upcoming Annie Mac Presents tour, M.I.A. has confirmed details of a one off show in Manchester. The singer is due to appear the Warehouse Project venue, as part of an eclectic bill.

Dubstep producer Rusko is set to take part, dropping a typically heavy set. Earning much Stateside acclaim, the bass don recently worked with M.I.A. on sessions for her divisive 'MAYA' album.

Other acts are set to be confirmed soon, with Annie Mac playing a no doubt eclectic set of her own. Celebrating its 5th anniversary, The Warehouse Project has confirmed a host of one off events including shows from Ian Brown, Magnetic Man and more.

M.I.A. is due to play the following show:
