Noah & The Whale have re-launched their website with a stunning new live video.

Injecting heartbreak and a fair dollop of ambition into their music, Noah & The Whale's second album 'The First Days Of Spring' was a stunning achievement. Set to return with a follow up, the band show no signs of slowing down.

Due for release later this year, 'Last Night On Earth' has a dramatic title. Releasing one track as a free download, preliminary listens suggest that Noah & The Whale have been able to match 'The First Days Of Spring'.

Using the web to spread their material, the recent download came complete with a player shaped like a cassette. Now Noah & The Whale have decided to re-launch their website with some exclusive live footage.

Blasting through new single 'L.I.F.E.G.O.E.S.O.N.' the band are on fine form. The gorgeously shot video is available to stream on Noah & The Whale's new website, or you can just watch it below:

Meanwhile, Noah & The Whale have spoken about the influences which drive 'Last Night On Earth'. Speaking to The Guardian, singer Charlie Fink argues that Lou Reed's 'Berlin' was an important touchstone.

"Just people songs," he said. "I do feel that lyrically it was a leap forward for me. It was writing out of my comfort zone, writing in a new style, with new subjects. It opens up a whole new world to write; once you've opened up the third-person narrative it means you have to rely less on your own life and it's more fantasy and fiction."

Noah & The Whale are set to release 'Last Night On Earth' on March 7th.
