American in exile Uffie is amongst the latest additions to the South West Four weekender in London.
Set in a corner of London, South West Four aims to bring the biggest names in dance talent to the city. Mixing newcomers with stunning headliners, the London event takes place across the August bank holiday weekend.
Set on Clapham Common, South West Four has already bagged performances from giants such as Sasha, Paul Oakenfold, John Digweed and more. Fatboy Slim will headline the Sunday night, while dubstep pioneers Benga and Skream are due to team up for a rare back-to-back set.
Organisers are working night and day to put the finishing touches to the event. Amongst the new additions to the bill is American singer Uffie. Now living in Paris, the singer has hooked up with the Ed Banger crew.
Releasing a string of vital cuts, Uffie took time off to give birth to her first child. Re-entering the recording studio to work on her full length debut, the singer is due to release 'Sex, Dreams And Denim Jeans' later this summer.
Set to perform at South West Four, the appearance is a rare British live show from the singer. Other new additions include bass prodigy Plastician, whose cuts have graced some of the finest turntables around.
A cracking DJ himself, Plastician will have plenty of new productions and exclusive cuts. Elsewhere, house prince Alex Metric will perform on the Main Stage fresh from supporting the Swedish House Mafia at the Brixton Academy.
Timo Garcia has been confirmed for the London event, while Jon Rundel, Union DJs and more have also been added. With plenty of time left until the gates swing open, South West Four's organisers are still working to bring in more star names.
South West Four takes place between August 28th - 29th.
